PACKING & SENDING GUIDEILNES

To ensure the safe transit of your blades, please follow these packing guidelines:

• Clean the item (remove food residue/oil) and dry thoroughly.
• Wrap each item separately: blade/scissor in bubble wrap or cloth; blunt tips taped or sheathed.
• Place in a sturdy cardboard box — do not use padded envelopes for sharp items.
• Include a printed order form (name, phone, email, return address, description of faults/requests).
• Use the prepaid label or send tracked signed-for parcel to our address.
• Insure high-value items or declare value when booking (we recommend insurance for anything over £100).
